GE Floor Source was created with a passion for design, innovation, and the advancement of a more simple and minimalist approach to a modern lifestyle.

Our founder, Gus Rodriguez, has a long and extensive background in construction.  He started out investing in real estate and was successful in acquiring, refurbishing, selling, and financing many properties resulting in a multi-million dollar portfolio.  During this time, Mr. Rodriguez, with the team he had put together, saw the potential of starting a general contracting company and offering to others the same services that had made him successful in real estate.

With a new found passion for construction, Mr. Rodriguez found himself having a reoccurring constant struggle with the use of sub-contractors, especially when it came to flooring installation and maintenance.  Through his determination to find a solution to this problem, he founded GE Floor Source and is again determined to offer his customers the best in class service.
